In a regulatory report dated October 6, 2026, Budimex said that the Czech Ministry of Transport had selected a consortium including Budimex as preferred bidder for the D35 public-private partnership. Budimex holds a 10 percent share in the consortium. The project covers 35.4 kilometers of new highway and the operation and maintenance of an additional 17 kilometers. The offer value was CZK 71.32 billion, and the concession period is 28 years from the effective date.
