Elisa is renewing the operating model of its international software business, Elisa Industriq, according to an investor news release dated September 28, 2026. The planned structure comprises two business areas, manufacturing and critical infrastructure, with the stated aims of improving profitability and enabling scalable growth and synergies. IT services agreement with Kempower
In a separate announcement dated September 23, 2026, Elisa said it had signed an agreement with Kempower to build AI-powered IT end-user services. The package includes end-user support, Device-as-a-Service, and professional services for Microsoft 365 and device management.
