Nomination committee appointed
AB Electrolux said on September 17, 2026, that it had appointed the five members of the nomination committee for its 2027 Annual General Meeting. The committee comprises Christian Cederholm of Investor AB as chair, Martin Wallin of Lannebo Kapitalförvaltning, Alexandra Frenander of Folksam, Pia Gisgård of Swedbank Robur Fonder and Torbjörn Lööf, chair of the AB Electrolux Board, according to the Electrolux Group release.
The committee will prepare proposals for the 2027 meeting covering the chair of the meeting, board members, the board chair, board remuneration, auditor and auditor fees. AB Electrolux said the Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on March 24, 2027.
