First-half results and guidance
In its first-half 2026 results published July 23, 2026, Edenred reported operating revenue of EUR 1.360 billion, up 1.5 percent like-for-like from the first half of 2025. Total revenue was EUR 1.473 billion, also up 1.5 percent like-for-like.
Edenred reported first-half EBITDA of EUR 616 million, down 4.6 percent like-for-like, and adjusted earnings per share of EUR 1.09, down 6.2 percent from the year-earlier period. Funds from operations amounted to EUR 432 million, while net debt was reduced by EUR 0.6 billion compared with the end of the first half of 2025, according to the company's release.
The company raised its full-year 2026 EBITDA guidance to a like-for-like decline of between 7 percent and 10 percent, equivalent to EBITDA of between approximately EUR 1.230 billion and EUR 1.270 billion. It maintained guidance for free-cash-flow-to-EBITDA conversion of at least 35 percent for 2026 and said it expects like-for-like EBITDA growth of between 8 percent and 12 percent in both 2027 and 2028.
