DroneShield announced on September 28 that Lynne Saint will become an independent non-executive director effective November 24, 2026. The company said Saint brings financial, audit, risk and commercial experience from a global executive and board career, including nearly 20 years with Bechtel Group, where she served as chief audit executive and chief financial officer of the Mining and Metals Global Business Unit. Adelaide research facility
