The companies said the package would extend proposed residential bill credits from two years to four years and increase Dominion Energy’s EnergyShare assistance by $100 million through 2038.
The proposed package also includes 1,000 new direct jobs in Virginia, a $100 million workforce-development fund and a potential Virginia Supplier Program of up to $1 billion annually for five years. The companies said the proposed combination remained subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions, with closing expected in the second half of 2027, according to the same release.
