Diploma stock: FY2026 organic growth guidance raised to 14 percent

Diploma PLC reported a strong third-quarter trading update on July 16, 2026. Management said organic growth reached 15 percent in the quarter and 10 percent year to date excluding Peerless. The company also raised its FY2026 outlook for organic growth, operating margin and profit growth.
Guidance raised for fiscal 2026
In the Q3 2026 earnings-call transcript, Diploma CEO Johnny Thomson said the company increased its FY2026 organic growth guidance to 14 percent. Acquisition contribution guidance remained at 6 percent, while the operating margin outlook rose to 26.5 percent. Management described the resulting profit-growth outlook as slightly more than 40 percent.
Business performance across divisions
Controls delivered broad-based growth, while management said Life Sciences markets were tougher and Seals showed acceleration in the third quarter. Diploma also said it had completed the acquisition of CDM, a deal valued at $170 million, with about $80 million of revenue, according to the transcript.
