Arcosa shareholders approve proposed acquisition
Business Wire reported on September 4, 2026, that Arcosa stockholders approved the acquisition of Arcosa by CRH at a special meeting. The proposed transaction would see CRH acquire 100 percent of Arcosa in an all-cash deal for USD 150.00 per share.
Arcosa’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said 39,595,867 shares voted for the merger agreement, versus 66,113 against and 16,786 abstentions. The filing said the transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals.
