In a September 28, 2026 capital-markets notice, Commerzbank AG said it had bought 2,037,832 shares between September 21 and September 25 as part of its ongoing buyback program. The total purchased since September 4 reached 6,255,093 shares. The purchases were conducted on Xetra and the Cboe, Turquoise and Aquis multilateral trading systems through a bank commissioned by Commerzbank AG, according to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
