China Mobile stock reports CNY 538 billion first-half revenue as net profit falls

China Mobile Limited reported operating revenue of CNY 538 billion for the first half of 2026, down 1.1 percent year over year. Net profit was CNY 78.9 billion, a decline of 6.3 percent. The figures were presented in the company's 2026 interim results discussion on August 13, 2026.
Cash flow and operating performance
China Mobile said free cash flow reached CNY 53.9 billion, up 111.6 percent year over year, while net cash generated from operating activities increased 37 percent to CNY 114.9 billion. Computing-services revenue rose 14 percent to CNY 52.9 billion, and AI-services revenue reached CNY 49.3 billion.
Customer base and shareholder return
Mobile customers reached 1.01 billion and broadband customers reached 340 million in the first half, according to the earnings-call transcript. China Mobile also declared an interim dividend of CNY 2.51 per share, an increase of 0.3 percent year over year.
