Organizational changes
In a September 25 release, Castellum said it plans to simplify its organization by moving from four regions to two. Region Göta will include Gothenburg, Borås, Jönköping, Växjö, Norrköping, Linköping and Copenhagen, while Region Svea will include Stockholm, Uppsala, Västerås and Örebro.
The company said it is targeting a 15 percent reduction in administrative costs, corresponding to approximately SEK 100 million. Örjan Rystedt and Per Gawelin took up their new roles as heads of Region Göta and Region Svea, respectively, on September 25, 2026. The release also said Sven Stork and Mats Eriksson would leave Castellum and its group management.
