Bristol-Myers Squibb stock: company reports positive Phase 3 ZENBEXUS data

Bristol Myers Squibb reported Phase 3 data showing higher minimal residual disease-negative complete response rates for its ZENBEXUS-based regimen in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.

Bristol Myers Squibb reported results from the prespecified analysis of its Phase 3 EXCALIBER-RRMM trial evaluating ZENBEXUS (iberdomide) with daratumumab and dexamethasone in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The company said the regimen produced a minimal residual disease-negative complete response rate of 41.1%, compared with 20.7% for daratumumab, bortezomib and dexamethasone. Trial results

The analysis covered 420 evaluable patients after a median follow-up of 15.7 months. Bristol Myers Squibb also reported overall response rates of 88.9% with the ZENBEXUS-based regimen and 76.1% with the comparator.
