The platform is expected to include more than 200 mainly last-mile warehouses covering more than two million square meters. The assets are primarily owned by Blackstone funds, with the possibility of adding third-party assets, and the platform is expected to become operational next year, according to Reuters.
Blackstone expands private-markets access
Blackstone also announced the launch of Blackstone Private Markets Fund, or BXPM, a perpetual strategy providing access to private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and credit through a single allocation. The issuer said the strategy is the first such solution to provide eligible non-U.S. investors access to its institutional perpetual funds through one product, according to Business Wire.
