Bracknell disposal
Big Yellow Group PLC said in a regulatory release carried by RNS on September 23 that it had contracted to sell its industrial estate in Bracknell, Berkshire, for £6.3 million. The disposal follows previously announced sales of industrial estates in Harrow and Staines. Following the three transactions, the group said it would have received combined gross proceeds of £81 million.
The same release described Big Yellow as operating 115 stores and having a pipeline of 10 proposed self-storage facilities comprising 0.8 million square feet.
