In a September 23, 2026 RNS release distributed through Investegate and reproduced by Refinitiv, Big Yellow Group plc said it had contracted to sell its industrial estate in Bracknell, Berkshire, for £6.3 million.
The company said the transaction followed previously announced disposals of industrial estates in Harrow and Staines. Big Yellow said the three sales would produce combined gross proceeds of £81 million.
