Bharti Airtel's Airtel Business launches IQ Gateway

Airtel Business launched Airtel IQ Gateway on October 5, 2026. The platform is designed to bring enterprise communications onto a single control plane with network intelligence and fraud-protection capabilities.
A unified enterprise communications platform
Airtel IQ Gateway combines SMS, WhatsApp, rich communication services, voice communications and number verification through silent authentication. The company said the platform also supports message-template integration, automated vendor failover, intelligent routing and delivery reporting. Airtel's release said the platform is compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework.
Nationwide rollout follows trials
The nationwide launch followed trial deployments with select banks, financial institutions and other industry participants, according to the company. Airtel Business said Airtel IQ Gateway can be integrated with existing communication workflows and vendor ecosystems, either on an enterprise's premises or through Airtel's cloud as software as a service. The platform is scheduled to be demonstrated at Airtel's booth during India Mobile Congress from October 7 through October 10, 2026. The issuer's release provided the event details.
