Atlas Copco stock after-hours: Euroklimat acquisition finalized

Atlas Copco said its acquisition of Guangdong Euroklimat was finalized on October 2. The Chinese heating and cooling group is now part of Atlas Copco’s Oil-free Air division.

Atlas Copco said on October 2, 2026, that its acquisition of Euroklimat Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Co., Ltd., also known as Guangdong Euroklimat, had been finalized. The Atlas Copco Group release identified Guangdong Euroklimat as a Chinese manufacturer of industrial heating and cooling solutions.

Acquisition expands industrial heating and cooling operations

Guangdong Euroklimat focuses on industrial applications including process cooling and energy conversion. The company was founded in 2009 and has factories and assembly plants in Guangdong Province and Tianjin, as well as sales offices in Southeast Asia, according to the company announcement.

Division assignment

Atlas Copco said Guangdong Euroklimat had 2025 revenue of RMB 1,281 million and approximately 1,000 employees. The company has become part of the Oil-free Air division within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area, the release said.
