Expanded Marvell collaboration

In a September 22, 2026 announcement, AT&S said it had expanded its collaboration with Marvell Technology to increase advanced IC substrate capacity for next-generation AI and cloud infrastructure. AT&S identified Marvell as an additional customer connected with the previously announced expansion of its Kulim manufacturing site in Malaysia.

The company said the Kulim expansion includes fitting out Plant 2 and building a new facility for IC substrate cores and advanced packaging. AT&S added that the expansion is supported by long-term customer agreements.
