Berlin office conversion
According to the October 1 release, Aroundtown is converting a former office building at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 33 near Alexanderplatz into the serviced apartments. The lease with hospitality operator Bob W runs for 15 years and includes an extension option. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
The apartments will include private kitchenettes, while the property will also offer co-working areas, a lounge, laundry facilities, and car and bicycle parking. Aroundtown said the conversion gives the former office building a new long-term use and creates accommodation for short and extended stays in a central Berlin location.
