More than EUR 170 million Japan investment
Air Liquide announced on September 30 that it would invest more than EUR 170 million to supply ultra-high-purity gases to a leading semiconductor manufacturer in Japan under a long-term agreement. The company said it would build, own and operate several production units supplying ultra-pure nitrogen, oxygen, argon and hydrogen, along with backup storage capacity.
