Accor expands conversational AI service
On September 24, 2026, Accor announced the full launch of ALL Concierge, a conversational AI companion designed to support guests from travel inspiration and hotel comparison through booking management and post-stay support. The company said the service was available across ALL.com, the ALL Accor app, WhatsApp and iMessage, with support for 11 languages on the website and messaging platforms. Accor also said the pilot phase generated more than 1 million guest conversations.
Convertible-bond transaction
In a September 2, 2026 regulated release, Accor reported the success of a EUR 380 million nominal offering of senior unsecured convertible bonds due in 2032. The company said the proceeds would finance the partial repurchase of approximately EUR 317 million nominal value of its outstanding 2027 convertible bonds. The new bonds carry a fixed annual coupon of 1.375 percent, while the final repurchase price was EUR 57.6526 per 2027 bond. Accor said the remaining outstanding nominal amount of the 2027 bonds would be approximately EUR 139 million after settlement.
