Share-buyback program launched

Teleborsa reported that A2A announced the launch of a share-buyback program on October 5, 2026, following authorization granted by the company's ordinary shareholders' meeting on April 28, 2026.

The report said the program is intended to provide shares for the A2A LIFE Sharing 2025-2027 employee shareholding plan and the LTI 2026-2028 long-term incentive plan. It also said the shares may be used for ordinary management and industrial projects involving share exchanges.
