Acciona Energia led the index with a 3.2 percent gain. Redeia was the only decliner, down 0.2 percent, while lower sovereign-bond yields supported companies exposed to financing costs.
Why did the IBEX 35 rise on Friday?
The Spanish benchmark benefited from relief in the debt market and a rebound in large technology companies after recent selling linked to artificial-intelligence financing concerns, Europa Press reports.
