- Hyperliquid is expected to receive more than 15 million USD in USDC reserve yield during November.
- Permanent HYPE burns reached 49.87 million tokens, equal to 4.99 percent of the maximum supply.
- Investing.com listed HYPE at 87.7160 USD at 07:30:27 Berlin time on November 2.
The Hyperliquid price was listed at 87.7160 USD on Investing.com at 07:30:27 Berliner Zeit on November 2, 2026. The page showed a daily range of 86.3900 to 88.7990 USD and 24-hour volume of 1.58 billion USD. The quote is a point-in-time indication for the continuously traded HYPE/USD market, not a traditional exchange close.
A near-term cash-flow development is adding to the tokenomics discussion. TokenPost reported that a 2.52 USDC test transfer reached Hyperliquid's Assistance Fund at 00:00 UTC on November 2. The report said the network is expected to receive more than 15 million USD in USDC reserve yield during November, after receiving about 14.58 million USD in October. TokenPost also said HYPE buybacks followed the October transfer, but the November amount and any resulting market effect remain future events.
Burn mechanism remains central
Supply reduction is another part of the investment case. TokenPost reported on October 29 that permanent HYPE burns had reached 49.87 million tokens, or 4.99 percent of the token's 1 billion maximum supply. The latest 24-hour burn in that report was 19,700 HYPE, valued at about 1.59 million USD, while estimated fees for the same period were 1.69 million USD. These figures cover different time horizons: the burn total is cumulative, whereas the fee estimate covers one day.
Hyperliquid's official website says HYPE has a maximum supply of 1 billion tokens and is used for staking, governance, gas fees, trading fee discounts and asset deployment fees. It also states that 99 percent of protocol revenue is directed to the Assistance Fund, which purchases and burns HYPE. That mechanism can reduce supply over time, but it does not remove the risks associated with leverage, competition, regulation or changing trading activity.
Price context for investors
The current Hyperliquid price remains below the 97.9760 USD 52-week high shown on Investing.com, while the same page listed a 52-week low of 20.5126 USD. This wide range underlines the token's substantial volatility. Expected reserve yield and permanent burns provide measurable supply and funding inputs, but neither guarantees a price increase. Investors should distinguish confirmed transfers and completed burns from projected buybacks and future distributions.
