Chainlink price is in focus after the oracle provider launched continuous market data for tokenized assets. Aave is adopting the service for around-the-clock collateral management, while market flows remain mixed.

Chainlink expands always-on infrastructure

  • Chainlink launched its 24/7 data service on October 29 for continuous pricing of tokenized real-world assets.
  • Aave is adopting the service for collateral valuation on its institutional Horizon lending platform.
  • Investing.com listed LINK at USD 11.133 when reviewed on October 31, with a market capitalization of USD 8.27 billion.
  • Exchange outflows have continued, but subdued fund demand means the signal does not yet confirm a price reversal.

Chainlink has launched a new product aimed at one of the structural gaps between traditional markets and blockchain finance. The official Chainlink announcement dated October 29 says Chainlink 24/7 provides market data for equities, commodities and other real-world assets across trading sessions, weekends and holidays.

Always-on pricing for tokenized collateral

The service extends Chainlink's earlier weekday coverage to periods when traditional exchanges are closed. It is delivered through Chainlink Data Feeds and Data Streams and is designed to give blockchain applications one continuous pricing reference for supported assets.

Aave is the launch partner. According to Chainlink, Aave is adopting Chainlink 24/7 to price tokenized real-world assets used as collateral on its institutional Horizon lending platform, initially focusing on high-volume US equities. The use case is significant because lending protocols need updated collateral values even when the underlying stock market is closed. That can support continuous risk management and liquidation processes, although the announcement does not specify a deployment schedule or the full list of assets.

LINK remains under market pressure

The Chainlink price was listed at USD 11.133 on the Investing.com course page when reviewed on October 31. The same page showed a market capitalization of USD 8.27 billion, 24-hour volume of USD 912.99 million, a rank of 14 and 748.10 million LINK in circulation. These figures are a point-in-time reading and are not presented as a UTC daily close.

The market backdrop remains less clear than the product announcement. BeInCrypto reported on October 29 that LINK had recorded 18 consecutive days of net outflows from Binance. The report also noted that an earlier net deposit of roughly 8.7 million LINK may have distorted the interpretation of the subsequent withdrawals. It cautioned that exchange outflows alone do not prove accumulation.

The same report said US spot Chainlink funds had recorded no net flows for eight straight trading days, with their last reported move an outflow of USD 397,000 on October 16. For investors, the combination suggests that Chainlink's infrastructure adoption is advancing while immediate token demand remains unconfirmed. A sustained improvement in spot buying and price stability would provide stronger evidence that the new product announcements are translating into market support.

Adoption is the next test

Chainlink 24/7 gives the network an additional institutional use case, but the commercial and token-market impact will depend on actual usage, supported assets and the scale of collateral managed through the feeds. The Chainlink price therefore remains sensitive to broader crypto liquidity as well as evidence that always-on data creates recurring demand for the network.
