The BNB price was 703.00 USD at 09:45:01 Berlin time on November 4, 2026, according to the Investing.com BNB price page. Compared with the verified November 3 UTC daily close of 697.55 USD reported by Kinzan, that represents a 0.78% increase. The comparison uses the prior UTC daily close, not a rolling 24-hour change.
Withdrawal recovery is the key variable
Investor attention remains focused on Binance's response to the security incident dated October 29. CBS News reported that Binance had restored withdrawals for several major assets, including BNB, while saying additional assets and networks would return in phases after security checks. The FBI attributed the theft of more than 6 billion USD in virtual assets to North Korean actors, according to the same report.
The scale of the liquidity response is material for BNB because the token is closely linked to Binance's exchange activity and reputation. Yahoo Finance reported that Binance processed 4.649 billion USD in withdrawals and approximately 1.01 billion USD in deposits during the initial reopening period. The resulting net outflow was 3.64 billion USD, equal to 2.1% of 171 billion USD in assets under management, according to the report. Binance said it had covered approximately 95% of the affected amount, with less-liquid smaller tokens taking longer to source.
BNB remains exposed to exchange confidence
The BNB price was still below the 758.67 USD UTC close recorded on October 28, before the incident, in Kinzan's daily series. That does not establish a direct causal link between the security event and every move in the token, but it illustrates why withdrawal availability, reserve assurances and the pace of the recovery are relevant market variables for BNB holders.
Investing.com listed a market capitalization of 92.55 billion USD, 24-hour volume of 1.42 billion USD and a market rank of four on the page read for this report. These figures are point-in-time market data and can change continuously. The immediate focus is whether Binance can complete the phased reopening without further disruption and whether user confidence stabilizes after the breach.
