Sell: In the DD announcement dated July 30, 2026, regarding the outcome of the mandatory tender offer published by ENNOCONN Corporation on June 29, 2026, it was noted that the number of shares tendered may still decrease, as shareholders who have accepted the offer have a right of withdrawal until all terms of the offer have been met. As previously reported in the DD announcement dated August 14, 2026, the right of withdrawal had already been exercised with respect to 229,365 tendered shares. On August 19, 2026, the paying agent subsequently reported that the right of withdrawal had been exercised with respect to an additional 1,000 shares. The total number of shares to be acquired as part of ENNOCONN Corporation’s mandatory tender offer under the settlement is therefore 12,238,502.
