Vincom Retail (ISIN VN000000VRE6) received a VND 36,850 price target in a DSC report dated October 10, 2026. The target stands 59.87 percent above the stock's VND 23,050 HOSE close on October 19, 2026.
DSC sees a wide target gap
According to 24HMoney, DSC recommended Vincom Retail with a VND 36,850 target on October 10, 2026. The same report said first-half 2026 net revenue reached VND 4,667 billion, up 9.00 percent year over year, while profit after tax rose 33.00 percent to VND 3,215 billion.
That combination gives the target a clear numerical distance from the latest HOSE close. At VND 23,050, the share price is 37.41 percent below the DSC target, using the target-price comparison method.
Profit growth outpaced revenue
The first-half figures show profit growing faster than revenue, but the report also described the full-year outlook as a forecast rather than a reported result. DSC projected 2026 net revenue of VND 10,092 billion, up 14.00 percent, and profit after tax of VND 7,126 billion, up 11.00 percent.
Historical fiscal year 2024 figures provide a longer operating frame. In its annual report, Vincom Retail reported VND 8,939 billion in revenue and VND 4,096 billion in profit after tax for fiscal year 2024. The company operated 88 shopping malls across 48 cities and provinces at year-end 2024.
Tenant growth is the operating test
A separate October investor meeting report said tenant sales growth slowed from 25.00-30.00 percent in the first two quarters of 2026 to 20.00-25.00 percent. CafeF reported that the company was supporting tenants through promotional vouchers, rent adjustments and operating measures.
The report also said fixed-price leases represented about 80.00 percent of leasing revenue and that existing-mall rental revenue was expected to grow 10.00-12.00 percent annually. For investors, occupancy, tenant sales and recurring rental income remain the key operating measures behind the target discussion.
HOSE price stays near the lower end
Vincom Retail stock closed at VND 23,050 on HOSE on October 19, 2026, up 0.88 percent against the exchange reference price. The move was smaller than the 59.87 percent distance to the DSC target, leaving the analyst forecast as the stronger valuation figure in this report.
The company is a Vietnamese retail real estate operator whose portfolio combines shopping malls, leasing services and commercial-street developments. Its 2024 network reached 1.84 million square meters of retail gross floor area, according to the annual report.
Price and target in one view
Vincom Retail's VND 23,050 HOSE close on October 19, 2026, was 37.41 percent below the DSC target of VND 36,850 dated October 10, 2026. The comparison is based on the same home-market currency and does not combine the stock's local quotation with a foreign-currency price.
