Attendance Deadline Comes First
The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 3, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time at Tesla's Austin, Texas, site. Because in-person capacity is limited, Tesla will select attendees by random drawing rather than first come, first served allocation.
Eligibility for the drawing requires evidence that the shareholder owned Tesla shares as of October 13, 2026. Tesla expects to begin notifying selected attendees during the week of November 16. Invitations are non-transferable, selected participants must confirm their identity with government-issued identification, and any requested additional eligibility evidence must be supplied within 48 hours of notification.
Virtual Access Keeps Voting Open
Shareholders who do not receive an in-person invitation can still join the virtual meeting if they held shares on the October 13 record date. Tesla says the online event will offer the public livestream as well as the ability for eligible shareholders to vote and submit written comments. A 16-digit control number is required for virtual participation.
Tesla stock traded at 359.48 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 11:46 a.m. CET on Monday, November 2, 2026, 0.18 percent above the Xetra close of Friday, October 30.
