Tesla stock traded at 311.28 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 17:31 CET on Thursday, November 5, 2026, 9.02 percent below the Xetra close of Wednesday, November 4. The move was separate from the shareholder-meeting timetable.
Attendance depends on a drawing
Tesla expects to accommodate only a limited number of shareholders at its Austin, Texas, headquarters because of capacity restrictions. A random drawing will determine who can attend in person, and selected participants must confirm their identity with valid government-issued identification.
Shareholders must provide evidence that they owned Tesla shares as of October 13, 2026. Tesla says no purchase or payment is required to enter, while invitations cannot be transferred. The company expects to begin notifying selected attendees during the week of November 16.
