- Management expects the reorganization to improve integration, governance and enterprise-service capabilities.
Telkom Indonesia has moved to strengthen its enterprise-technology business by making Digiserve a direct subsidiary effective November 1, 2026. BCA Sekuritas reported the change on November 3 in a report based on information from IQPlus and Telkom management.
Digiserve now operates as PT Telkom Solusi Indonesia. The structure is intended to focus the unit on information and communications technology solutions for corporate customers across industries, while bringing the business closer to Telkom's wider enterprise strategy.
Focus Shifts Toward Enterprise Services
Telkom President Director Nanang Hendarno said the move forms part of the TLKM 30 transformation program. In management's view, the reorganization should strengthen the group's enterprise capabilities and create more room for innovation and strategic cooperation.
The transaction also changes how Telkom manages its portfolio. Strategic Business Development and Portfolio Director Seno Soemadji said the takeover is designed to align the portfolio with Telkom's transformation plans and improve synergies across the group. Enterprise and Business Service Director Veranita Yosephine said the integrated B2B ICT capabilities should help Telkom respond more directly to corporate customer needs.
Telkom said existing customer services, contracts and agreements with customers, partners and vendors will continue normally. The company presented the step as a foundation for a stronger enterprise business, rather than as an immediate earnings catalyst.
