In the fourth quarter of 25/26, SLR generated net sales of EUR 57.8 million, representing a 6% increase compared to the same quarter of the previous year (Q4 24/25: EUR 54.8 million). According to preliminary figures, the company increased revenue by 10% to a total of EUR 213.3 million in fiscal year 25/26 (FY 24/25: EUR 194.0 million). Sales thus exceeded the original forecast of approximately 105 kilotons but fell slightly short of the expectation of approximately 110 kilotons, which had been raised in the third quarter. Focus on boosting operational efficiency and profitability On the earnings side, SLR Group generated adjusted EBITDA of EUR 4.9 million in the fourth quarter of 25/26 (Q4 24/25: EUR 6.1 million). Accordingly, the adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 8.5% (Q4 24/25: 11.2%). Overall, according to preliminary figures, the company generated adjusted EBITDA of EUR 17.7 million in fiscal year 25/26 (FY 24/25: EUR 17.3 million). This reached the lower end of the most recently expected range of EUR 18 to 20 million. Meanwhile, EBITDA IFRS stood at EUR 15.9 million in fiscal year 25/26 (FY 24/25: EUR 15.6 million). Gunnar Halden, CFO of the SLR Group, states: “We met our earnings targets in the past financial year. At the same time, we remain focused on further improving our profitability. Our priority is to align our processes even more closely with a shifting product mix and the demands of the supply chain. A key lever here will be boosting operational efficiency at our Elsterheide site, supporting our goal of strengthening margins as volumes continue to grow.” Outlook for fiscal year 26/27 Effective September 1, 2026, Mr. Lars Kräft will join the Management Board as the company's new Chief Sales Officer (CSO), actively driving forward its planned sales initiatives. He succeeds Mr. Karlheinz Schwarzbach and brings extensive industry experience to the role, with a focus on expanding customer relationships and ensuring disciplined pricing. Jörg Rumikewitz, CEO of SLR Group, comments on the new fiscal year as follows: “Current sentiment indicators from key industry associations point to diverging trends across our core segments: the agricultural sector remains under pressure, while the stabilization in construction is expected to continue. We can build on a solid order book and further develop business with key customers through new products. Overall, we are therefore confident that we can increase total production in the new fiscal year.” For the new fiscal year 26/27, SLR Group expects total production, or sold tonnage, of 115 to 120 kilotons. SLR Group will announce its earnings guidance for the new fiscal year together with the final annual report.
