Notes submitted for exchange by September 3, 2026 were settled with principal paid in cash and the remaining exchange obligation settled through Seagate ordinary shares and cash in lieu of fractional shares, the company said.
On the redemption date, the subsidiary paid approximately USD 150.97 million in cash and delivered 1,647,862 Seagate ordinary shares. The shares have a par value of USD 0.00001 each.
