- Scout24 reported broad-based growth across professional, private and Spanish operations.
- AI products, subscriptions and ecosystem services are supporting customer value and monetisation.
- The company expects stronger organic margin expansion in the fourth quarter and will publish preliminary full-year results on February 25, 2027.
Scout24 reported strong third-quarter growth on Wednesday, November 4, after releasing its Q3 and nine-month results. In its Q3 results release, Scout24 said group revenue rose 19.7 percent year over year to 198.2 million euros. Organic growth, excluding the Spanish business, remained in double digits at 10.1 percent.
Subscriptions Drive Broad-Based Growth
The Professional segment grew 23.3 percent to 146.7 million euros, supported by 11.5 percent growth in German subscription revenue and 3.9 percent customer growth. Private revenue increased 10.5 percent to 51.6 million euros, while subscription revenue in the segment accelerated 10.4 percent.
Scout24 also highlighted progress in Spain, where quarterly revenue rose to 15.8 million euros from 15.5 million euros in the second quarter. The company said AI-powered products, higher-value memberships and ecosystem services are increasing customer value and creating additional monetisation opportunities. More than 10,000 professional customers used ImmoPoints in September, with usage up more than 40 percent year over year.
Guidance Narrows As Margins Build
Ordinary operating EBITDA increased 15.9 percent to 120.8 million euros, while the reported margin reached 60.9 percent. Adjusted earnings per share rose 21.5 percent to 1.09 euros. Higher marketing expenses and increased impairment losses on receivables moderated organic margin expansion in the quarter, but Scout24 expects a stronger organic margin increase in the fourth quarter.
Management now expects full-year 2026 revenue growth of approximately 18 percent, including a 7 to 8 percentage-point contribution from Spain, compared with its previous range of 16 to 18 percent and 6 to 7 percentage points from Spain. The ordinary operating EBITDA margin target remains up to 61 percent, or up to 64 percent organically.
