Scout24 reported strong third-quarter growth on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, and specified its full-year revenue outlook at about 18 percent. The company said organic growth remained in double digits despite a challenging market for German property transactions. The details were published by Scout24.
AI products add monetisation options
Scout24 is expanding its Agentic OS strategy across the real-estate search and professional-services platform. Unlimited members receive an AI-powered Application Assistant and four times as many viewing invitations, while Pro and Unlimited plans account for around 40 percent of the membership mix.
In its professional business, Scout24 introduced Proppi, an AI assistant within Propstack that automates recurring communication and work processes. More than 10,000 professional customers used ImmoPoints in September, up more than 40 percent year over year, while ImmoPoints volume increased by more than 30 percent.
Growth broadens across segments
Professional revenue increased 23.3 percent in the quarter, supported by 11.5 percent growth in German subscription revenue. Private revenue rose 10.5 percent to EUR 51.6 million, its strongest growth rate of the year, as subscription revenue accelerated and higher-value memberships lifted average revenue per user.
Adjusted earnings per share rose 21.5 percent from the year-earlier quarter. Scout24 also accelerated share buy-backs to EUR 165 million in the third quarter, supporting adjusted per-share growth and reducing the share count.
Outlook points to continued execution
The company now expects 2026 revenue growth of about 18 percent, including 7 to 8 percentage points from Spain, compared with its previous range of 16 to 18 percent and a 6 to 7 percentage-point Spanish contribution. The ordinary operating EBITDA margin target remains up to 61 percent, or up to 64 percent on an organic basis.
