Eastdil generated GBP 225 million of first half revenue and GBP 38.4 million of underlying EBITDA before the acquisition. Savills also declared an interim dividend of GBP 0.078 per share, up 5.5 percent year over year, according to Yahoo Finance.

Global real estate platform expands

Savills is listed on the London Stock Exchange and provides advisory, management, transactional and real estate investment banking services across more than 70 countries. The company said its international network includes more than 42,000 staff, while the enlarged group is targeting net debt to EBITDA of 1.5 times or less by the end of 2026.
