Since going live, SAP S/4HANA has processed 1.3 million financial postings in real time. More than 31,000 invoices have moved through digital end-to-end processing, while more than 5,000 finance workflow approvals have been completed.

The 18-month program brought more than 13,400 corporate employees across 16 entities onto a common people platform spanning more than 10 modules. ComfortDelGro said more than 360,000 human-resources workflows have been triggered through the system.

Dirk Paul Sibiet, ComfortDelGro's group chief information officer, said the integrated platform provides a single real-time view of operations and finances and supports faster decision-making. SAP Singapore Managing Director Eileen Chua said the rollout establishes data, governance and real-time visibility that can support further automation, analytics and responsible artificial intelligence use.
