Salesforce said on November 4 that it is expanding Agentforce Coworker across Microsoft Teams, mobile and desktop applications. The company said usage had increased 21-fold in three months and that more than 185,000 users were working with the AI assistant.

The announcement from Salesforce adds access through Microsoft Teams and new connections to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Coworker can combine Salesforce records with relevant emails, calendars and files when preparing tasks such as meeting briefs or renewal plans.

New tools target wider adoption

New iOS, Mac and Windows applications are intended to let users delegate work, monitor progress and review results across devices. Conversation History preserves context between Salesforce, Teams and the new applications, while Skills turn established workflows into reusable requests.

Salesforce is offering a per-user subscription option at USD 50 per month. The company said the pricing is intended to make adoption easier to budget as teams expand usage. Scheduled tasks and Daily Digest are expected in December, while Teams access and the new applications are due for general availability in November.
