Nike and the LEGO Group launched a space-themed basketball collection in selected markets on Monday, November 2, giving the sportswear company a new product platform aimed at children. The release follows Nike’s announcement on October 30 and adds a retail initiative ahead of the company’s November Investor Day.
Nike’s official newsroom release names the Nike Air Force 1 Low LV8 and S.T. Dynamite as the lead footwear models. The first uses astronaut-inspired materials and LEGO details, while the second features an ice-planet theme with color-shifting finishes and a glitter outsole.
Global rollout starts outside North America
The collection is available through nike.com and selected retail locations across parts of Asia, the Pacific, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa from November 2. Nike plans the North American launch for November 24, creating a staggered regional release rather than a single global start.
The range also includes a ripstop pant, a full-zip fleece hoodie, a graphic T-shirt and Dri-FIT mesh basketball shorts. The footwear is offered in children’s sizes from 10.5C to 7Y, while the apparel extends the partnership beyond shoes and into everyday sportswear.
