LPP stock reports stronger margins after second-quarter growth
Published on 10/07/2026 at 13:00 | Editorial responsibility: Rafael Müller, Editor-in-Chief AD HOC NEWSLPP stock was last at PLN 25,280 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on October 6, 2026, matching its 52-week high. The Polish fashion retailer's second-quarter results lifted revenue 18 percent year over year to PLN 6.6 billion and net profit 48 percent to PLN 768 million, according to LPP on September 17, 2026.
Margins rise with second-quarter sales
The result was not limited to top-line growth. LPP's gross margin increased 3.7 percentage points from the prior year to 57.7 percent, while EBITDA rose 42 percent to PLN 1.7 billion and EBIT climbed 57 percent to PLN 1.1 billion in the quarter.
The first half of fiscal 2026 produced revenue of PLN 12.0 billion, 15 percent higher than a year earlier, and net profit of PLN 1.2 billion. The company also opened 230 stores in the second quarter, including 212 Sinsay locations, taking the network beyond 4,000 stores, as reported in the same September 17 release from LPP.
Guidance moves higher for 2026
Management raised its 2026 gross-margin target to 56.5-57.0 percent from 56.0 percent. The EBITDA-margin target moved to 24.0-25.0 percent from 23.5-24.5 percent, while the net-profit margin target rose to 10.0-11.0 percent from 9.5-10.5 percent.
The operating improvement is broad based. E-commerce revenue increased 16.4 percent year over year in the second quarter, store sales grew 18.6 percent, and overseas sales advanced 22.2 percent. That mix gives the margin upgrade more support than a single-channel sales spike, although the next test will be whether the autumn-winter season preserves the higher pace.
Consensus leaves limited upside
Investing.com lists a Buy consensus from 14 analysts, with an average 12-month price target of PLN 25,934 on October 6, 2026. The target lies 2.59 percent above the PLN 25,280 price, while the published high and low targets are PLN 34,515 and PLN 21,400.
That valuation gap makes execution important. The latest consensus still reflects a positive rating, but the average target sits only PLN 654 above the October 6 price, leaving the raised margin outlook and sales delivery as the central measures for the stock.
