- Logitech delivered its eleventh consecutive quarter of year-over-year sales growth in fiscal Q2 2027.
- Management expects the semiconductor supplier disruption to reduce fiscal Q3 sales by 70 million to 80 million US dollars.
- Gaming, Video Collaboration and the Americas supported demand, while the company launched 19 products for the holiday quarter.
Logitech reported another quarter of growth on October 27, but a semiconductor supplier disruption is set to weigh on the holiday period. In its release on Logitech's investor relations website, the company said fiscal Q2 sales rose 3 percent in US dollars and 2 percent in constant currency from the prior year.
The quarter ended September 30, 2026, marked Logitech's eleventh consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth. GAAP operating income increased 5 percent to 201 million US dollars, while non-GAAP operating income reached 231 million US dollars, up 0.4 percent. GAAP diluted earnings per share rose 9 percent to 1.25 US dollars, and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share increased 4 percent to 1.51 US dollars.
Supplier Incident Shapes Holiday Outlook
Logitech said one semiconductor supplier suffered a serious incident at a manufacturing facility that closed at the end of June. The site reopened in September and has started to ramp production, but its current capacity remains below Logitech's requirements. The company expects full production by the end of calendar 2026 and says the impact should be largely resolved in fiscal Q4.
For fiscal Q3, Logitech expects sales of 1.36 billion to 1.43 billion US dollars. The constant-currency outlook ranges from a 5 percent year-over-year decline to flat sales, including an estimated 70 million to 80 million US dollar hit from the supplier incident. Non-GAAP operating income is expected at 220 million to 255 million US dollars.
The guidance leaves the supply recovery as the key operational issue for investors. Logitech said mitigation efforts include secondary sourcing, product redesigns and changes to global supply allocation. The company also cited continued demand in its business, although constrained component availability may limit how much of that demand can be converted into shipments during the holiday quarter.
Demand Remains Broadly Resilient
Gaming sales increased 8 percent year over year to 349.3 million US dollars in fiscal Q2, while Video Collaboration grew 12 percent to 188.4 million US dollars. Keyboards and Combos rose 4 percent to 246.4 million US dollars, and Pointing Devices gained 4 percent to 230.4 million US dollars. Webcams and Tablet Accessories declined 9 percent and 32 percent, respectively.
Chief executive Hanneke Faber said growth in the Americas, Video Collaboration and Gaming supported the quarter. She also said Logitech launched 19 new products for the holiday quarter. The company generated 164 million US dollars in operating cash flow and ended the quarter with 1.51 billion US dollars in cash and cash equivalents.
