Growth meets a weaker near-term outlook
Sales reached 1.22 billion U.S. dollars in the quarter ended September 30, 2026, up 3 percent in U.S. dollars and 2 percent in constant currency from the prior-year quarter. GAAP gross margin rose to 44.9 percent, while non-GAAP gross margin reached 45.2 percent. Logitech also reported GAAP operating income of 201 million U.S. dollars and non-GAAP operating income of 231 million U.S. dollars.

Supplier incident shapes fiscal Q3
A semiconductor supplier's manufacturing facility closed at the end of June after a serious incident and reopened in September below the capacity Logitech requires. Management expects full production by the end of calendar 2026. The incident is expected to reduce fiscal third-quarter sales by 70 million to 80 million U.S. dollars, with the effect largely resolved by the fourth quarter.
For fiscal Q3, Logitech guides to sales of 1.36 billion to 1.43 billion U.S. dollars and non-GAAP operating income of 220 million to 255 million U.S. dollars. Constant-currency sales are expected to range from a 5 percent decline to flat year over year. The company also launched 19 products for the holiday quarter, making supply availability and execution key factors for the next reporting period.
