- Logitech delivered its 11th consecutive quarter of year-over-year sales growth in the period ended September 30, 2026.
- A semiconductor supplier disruption is expected to weigh on third-quarter sales before largely easing in the fourth quarter.
- Gaming and Video Collaboration remained key growth areas, while management maintained a high-end full-year operating margin target.
Logitech reported another quarter of growth on October 27, 2026, but warned that a semiconductor supplier disruption will weigh on its holiday-quarter performance. In its official Q2 Fiscal Year 2027 results release, the company said sales for the quarter ended September 30 rose 3 percent in US dollars and 2 percent in constant currency to 1.22 billion US dollars.
The quarter marked Logitech's 11th consecutive period of year-over-year top-line growth. GAAP operating income increased 5 percent to 201 million US dollars, while non-GAAP operating income reached 231 million US dollars, up 0.4 percent. GAAP gross margin rose to 44.9 percent from 43.4 percent, and non-GAAP gross margin increased to 45.2 percent from 43.8 percent.
Supply Disruption Shapes Holiday Quarter
Logitech said a serious incident at one semiconductor supplier forced the manufacturing facility to close at the end of June. The facility reopened in September and is ramping production, but capacity remains below the company's needs. Management expects full production by the end of the calendar year and said the impact should be largely resolved in the fourth quarter.
For the third quarter of fiscal 2027, Logitech expects sales of 1.36 billion to 1.43 billion US dollars. Constant-currency sales are expected to range from a decline of 5 percent to flat year over year. The supplier disruption is expected to reduce third-quarter sales by 70 million to 80 million US dollars, while non-GAAP operating income is forecast at 220 million to 255 million US dollars.
Gaming And Collaboration Lead Growth
Gaming sales rose 8 percent to 349.3 million US dollars in the second quarter, while Video Collaboration sales increased 12 percent to 188.4 million US dollars. Pointing Devices and Keyboards and Combos each grew 4 percent. Webcams declined 9 percent and Tablet Accessories fell 32 percent, showing that demand remained uneven across the portfolio.
Chief Executive Officer Hanneke Faber said growth in the Americas, Video Collaboration and Gaming supported the quarter. Logitech also launched 19 products for the holiday period. The company returned 406 million US dollars to shareholders through its annual dividend and share repurchases.
Logitech stock traded at 89.93 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 11:42 CET on Thursday, November 5, 2026. Investors can follow the real-time quote of Logitech stock.

The supplier ramp-up and the expected recovery in the fourth quarter remain central to the investment case.
