Krones is heading into its third-quarter statement with weaker revenue momentum but unchanged profitability ambitions. In its investor-relations release, the company said on October 22 that it had reduced its currency-adjusted 2026 revenue-growth outlook to 1% to 2% from 3% to 5%.
Lower Growth, Steady Profitability Targets
The revision reflects unfavorable developments in markets relevant to Krones, which the company linked to challenging geopolitical conditions, higher costs for customers and continuing macroeconomic uncertainty. Management expects these factors to affect fourth-quarter revenue growth.
The company kept its 2026 EBITDA-margin target at 10.7% to 11.1% and its ROCE target at 19% to 20%. The investor-relations page also shows six-month revenue growth of 1.8%, an EBITDA margin of 10.8% and ROCE of 17.7% against the full-year targets.
Krones will publish its third-quarter statement on Friday, November 6, 2026. The release should give investors a new read on demand, order intake and profitability after the lower growth forecast.
The Krones investor-relations page says that the company also adjusted its 2028 revenue ambition to 6.0 billion to 6.2 billion euros from around 7 billion euros. Its 2028 EBITDA-margin target is now 11% to 12%, while the ROCE target remains above 20%.
