Keysight Technologies announced on November 2 that Jason Kary will become chief financial officer on December 18, succeeding Neil Dougherty in a planned transition. The company said the move does not change its previously issued fiscal 2026 outlook.
The announcement from Keysight investor relations names Kary, currently senior vice president and president of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, as Dougherty's successor. Dougherty has served as CFO for 13 years and will remain with the company in an advisory capacity through fiscal 2027.
New finance leadership structure
Following the transition, the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group will report to Kailash Narayanan, who leads the Communications Solutions Group. Keysight said the unit will continue to be reported as a separate financial segment. Kary previously held senior treasury and investor-relations responsibilities before leading the industrial solutions business.
