Holcim's third-quarter momentum strengthened its 2026 earnings outlook, while new sustainability metrics add another focus for investors. In its Q3 2026 release published on October 23, the Swiss building materials group raised its organic recurring EBIT growth guidance to 10% to 12% for the full year.
Holcim reported third-quarter net sales of CHF 4.662 billion, up 15.5% in Swiss francs from the prior-year quarter. Recurring EBIT rose 16.8% to CHF 976 million, and the recurring EBIT margin widened to 20.9% from 20.7%. The figures come from Holcim's official results release.
Low-carbon products gain weight

ECOPlanet low-carbon cement reached 43% of cement sales, up from 36%, while recycled construction and demolition materials rose to 7.4 million tons.
For the first nine months, net sales increased 5.2% organically to CHF 12.586 billion. Organic recurring EBIT grew 11.8% to CHF 2.414 billion, lifting the recurring EBIT margin to 19.2% from 19.1%. Holcim continues to target about 5% organic sales growth, further margin expansion and free cash flow of about CHF 2 billion in 2026.
