Recycling-focused roofing line
Holcim said the line is planned to launch in the second half of 2027. It will combine low-energy production with recycling of production scrap and is intended to achieve near-zero manufacturing scrap sent to landfill. The company said the facility will reuse 100.00 percent of its thermoplastic polyolefin and polyisobutylene edge-trim offcuts.
Holcim also said the project supports its NextGen Growth 2030 strategy, including an ambition to recycle more than 20 million tons of construction demolition materials by 2030.
