Givaudan is putting execution in Taste & Wellbeing at the center of its latest investor engagement. At an investor field trip in Amsterdam and Naarden, more than 40 investors and analysts saw how commercial strategy, science, technology and customer insight are being combined across the business, according to Givaudan.
Execution moves into focus
Chief Executive Christian Stammkoetter presented Europe as a model for the company's strategy evolution. The program covered flavor science, bioscience, consumer understanding and innovation, with demonstrations spanning non-alcoholic beer, functional drinks, high-protein dairy and hot-and-spicy applications.
Givaudan said the event showed how consumer data and market insights can be translated into differentiated customer solutions and growth opportunities. For investors, the key question is whether those capabilities can improve commercial momentum in Taste & Wellbeing rather than only expand the innovation pipeline.
Different speeds across divisions
Fragrance & Beauty remains the stronger growth engine. A Vontobel Markets analysis cited by the company report put third-quarter organic growth at 13.5 percent for Fragrance & Beauty and 3.5 percent for Taste & Wellbeing, which had grown 0.5 percent in the first half. Group sales for the first nine months reached CHF 5.89 billion with like-for-like growth of 5.2 percent.

Targets set the longer horizon
Givaudan continues to target average like-for-like sales growth of 4 to 6 percent over the five-year period through 2030 and average adjusted free cash flow above 12 percent of sales. The framework leaves Fragrance & Beauty responsible for maintaining momentum while Taste & Wellbeing works to close part of the performance gap.
The next scheduled investor event is a year-end cocktail with a presentation in Paris on December 1, 2026.
Switzerland's broader equity market provides the backdrop for the SMI market environment.
