The week in figures
Ferrovial's Czech consortium project covers 35.4 kilometers of new highway sections and an adjacent 17-kilometer section under operation and maintenance, for approximately 52 kilometers in total. The project value is based on the net present value of availability payments and uses the exchange rate stated in the release.
The Tennessee project adds new lanes in both directions along a 26-mile stretch of Interstate 24 between Nashville and Murfreesboro. The Ferrovial-led consortium will finance, design, build, operate and maintain the lanes under a 50-year concession that begins once the lanes open to traffic. Ferrovial said the project reached commercial close with the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
Chronology of the week

The company said the project is the state's first public-private partnership and largest single capital investment. Ferrovial said Transurban and Tikehau Star Infra are also part of the DriveTN consortium.
