Ferrari reported stronger third-quarter profitability on November 3, 2026, and raised its full-year outlook again. In its financial results release, the company said revenue and earnings benefited from a richer sports-car mix and higher customer personalizations.

Ferrari stock traded at 367.85 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 12:13:46 CET on Friday, November 6, 2026. The company reports under the Ferrari N.V. name and trades under the RACE ticker on NYSE and Euronext Milan.

Revenue and margins move higher

Ferrari generated third-quarter net revenue of 1.896 billion euros, an increase of 7 percent from the year-earlier period and 10 percent at constant currency. Revenue from cars and spare parts reached 1.586 billion euros, also up 7 percent, as the product mix improved and personalization activity increased.

Operating profit rose 12 percent to 563 million euros, producing a 29.7 percent margin. EBITDA also increased 12 percent to 753 million euros, with the margin reaching 39.7 percent. Ferrari said the F80 supported the product mix, while higher depreciation and amortization linked to new model production and increased marketing costs partly offset the improvement.

Net profit rose to 431 million euros from 2025's third-quarter level, while diluted earnings per share increased to 2.44 euros from 2.14 euros. Industrial free cash flow reached 567 million euros, 43 percent above the prior-year quarter.

Higher targets reflect stronger demand

Ferrari raised its 2026 net revenue target to about 7.65 billion euros from about 7.60 billion euros. Adjusted EBITDA is now expected to reach at least 3.00 billion euros, compared with at least 2.97 billion euros previously, while the adjusted EBITDA margin target increased to at least 39.2 percent from 39.0 percent.

The company also lifted its adjusted operating profit target to at least 2.285 billion euros, with a margin of at least 29.8 percent. Adjusted diluted EPS is expected to reach at least 9.85 euros, up from at least 9.68 euros, and industrial free cash flow is now expected to reach up to 1.65 billion euros, compared with the former target of at least 1.55 billion euros.

Ferrari attributed the revised assumptions to stronger-than-expected personalizations, lower currency headwinds after hedging and the company's second-place position in the Formula 1 championship. Chief Executive Benedetto Vigna said the order book extends into 2028 and that two further launches were still planned for 2026.

Model changeover remains a watchpoint

Ferrari delivered 3,368 vehicles in the quarter while executing a planned model changeover. Deliveries of the Amalfi, 296 Speciale, 12Cilindri Spider and Purosangue increased, while the 849 Testarossa and 296 Speciale Aperta continued their ramp-up. The Roma Spider, 296 GTS and SF90 XX family phased out during the period.

The combination of pricing power, personalization revenue and high-margin models remains central to Ferrari's earnings profile. For investors, the next focus is whether the model transition can sustain margins as new vehicles enter production and currency effects continue to influence reported results.
